You can draw fairly decently, however you have no sense of proper timing or the basic physics of motion. Also, No. Tweens. They suck ass.

ooo! those were awesome graphics. Very smooth animation.
Keep going, it was pretty well done.
Advice? don't bend the characters too far, that one looked a little unnatural and choppy with the underarm action.
also, maybe some more colour in deeper colours in the background?

...interesting...

It's confusing, even after watching the first one. The backgrounds need some help and variance... Or no, maybe just a bit darker. It looks a lot like Jhonen Vasquez-esque work. You read Squee?
Also, it's a bit flat, story-wise. It needs more flash or something to it. Don't spend to much time with slow, doomy approaches and whatnot, spend more time on actual story. Pictures are fine and pretty, but stories make or break an animation.
